The practice Conveyancer has had extensive experience in Development and Execution of Transfers, Bond Registrations and speedy delivery of security bonds and the like.  We are also able to provide notarial registration of security Bonds (GNB’s, SNB’s ect.), Anti-Nutial Contracts and the like.  With the depth of experience, we are able to assist and provide support on all aspects of Property Law.

The practice uses Ghost Convey’s computer package at present, however the practice is in the process of having Legal Perfect’s computer package, and has the facility to hook up an on-line facility to clients so that they can monitor progress independently.  Instructions can accordingly also be transmitted electronically.
